  • Application Tips?

    Tips:


    1. Avoid washing your hands in water for at least 2 hours after application. This ensures that the glue will last for a longer wear.
    2. When applying your press on nails, start from back to front. This helps to remove or conceal air bubbles upon application.

Returns / Refunds

  • Can I Request A Return On My Order?

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or unopened, and in its original packaging, sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, liquid glue, gel tabs, glass nail files). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and Delivery

  • What Are The Shipping Policies?

    1. Processing your Order.
    An email conformation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

    2. Shipment Processing Time.
    Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This includes, order placement, packaging, organising delivery and shipment. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within Nail For a Night. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

    3. Change Of Delivery Address.
    For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If you wish to change the address please contact us at info@nailforanight.com

    4. P.O. Box Shipping.
    Nail For a Night does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

    5. Items Out Of Stock.
    If an item is out of stock, we will refund the amount paid for the item. Existing items in the order will still be shipped out and you will receive an email for when the item will be back in stock.

    6. Delivery Time Exceeded.
    If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation at info@nailforanight.com.

    7. Tracking Notifications.
    Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

    8. Duties & Taxes.
    Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
    Import Duties & Taxes.
    Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country
